Several Options to Enroll

Option One

Contact Our Admissions Team to find the nearest Agent living near you. Our Agents are qualified to help you through the full process of being accepted to our College and the student visa process.


Option Two

Step 1:

Complete the International Application Form and complete all fields. Make sure you submit your completed and signed International Application along with a photocopy of the following supporting documents – Passport pages containing your photo and personal identification; Educational certificates and transcripts; your latest personal Resume or curriculum vitae; and, a CAD$100.00 Canadian Money as Non-refundable Application Fee (Bank transfer / credit card) .

Step 2:

Upon receipt of your completed Canadian Career College International Application and supporting documents, we will check your eligibility and may request additional information if required.

Step 3:

You will have to take the Wonderlic Entrance Examination through a Proctor. We will send the Question Paper to the Proctor and the examination conduct guidelines. Proctor will send it back to us for evaluation. If you are able to clear it you will be communicated accordingly and shall be sent an Admission Contract. You must sign the contract and send it back to us along with 25% of your tuition fee through bank transfer. Ensure that you are also paying for the bank charges for transfer of funds at both ends.

To transfer the Application or Program fees, provide your bank with the following information:

NOTE: Bank Fees associated with bank wire transfers are the applicant’s responsibility. (Example: If you are transferring CAD$3,500, and your bank is charging a transfer fee of CAD$40, the amount DUE by the applicant is $3,540.00 CAD. If by chance the wired/credited amount into CCCITM bank is not the tuition amount agreed at time of payment, the applicant will be required to pay the difference in person.

Step 4:

After receipt of 25% of the Tuition Fee and the duly signed in contract, you will be issued a Letter of Acceptance for visa purposes

Once you receive your Letter of Acceptance, follow these instructions;

Step 6:

Visit your nearest Canadian High Commission to file your Canadian Study Permit. Make sure you provide them with a fully completed and accurate Study Permit Application Form, make sure that you include all supporting documents, and, act as per their requirements to ensure a positive outcome of your visa application.

Step 7:

Upon a receipt of a response from the Canadian High Commission, you should immediately inform us of the outcome of your Canadian Study Permit Application.

  • If approved, proceed with the payment of the balance due of the tuition fee + cost of books + cost of certifications exam – if any, and get the upcoming schedule from us and make sure that you arrive in Canada on time to start your study.
  • If your Canadian Study Permit application is not approved, you may request a revised Letter of Acceptance with a new program start date in order for you to file an appeal. Your request for a revised Letter of Acceptance or refund is valid for 1 year from the application date. You may send us the hard copy of the Visa refusal letter by post, or by fax at 416-513-1536 or by scanning the Refusal letter and e-mail at
