PRE-REQUISITE
Ontario Grade XII or equivalent, or mature student status.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
This program will provide students with the skill sets to: Deliver on specific projects and tasks in a collaborative office environment utilizing Microsoft Office 2007 software suites and Windows Operating System; Perform basic accounting processes using a computerized accounting system; Use business mathematics to calculate refunds, discounts, mark-ups and mark-downs; Develop a well defined thinking pattern to establish customer satisfaction and customer loyalty; and, Develop specific behaviors that engage customers, and develop professional skills for excellent customer service.
